MABAT’s chemical dilution and blending systems are capable of handling most chemicals used in the semiconductor and associated industries.

All systems are giving high levels of blending accuracy and repeatability.

Products

CDDU-2000

Chemical dilution and delivery system, designed to dilute and supply from two independent mixing tanks.
In addition to DI inlet, the system dilutes up to 3 different chemicals.

CDDU-3000

The system designed to mix slurry, H2O2 and DI water or any other additives, to a final mixture at required concentration.

CMU-5000

The automatic Developer Dilution System (DDS), CMU-5000 is designed to dilute TMAH 25% and DI Water to appropriate concentration developer.
