Chemical Industrial Automation And Robotic Systems
MABAT Chemical Systems Ltd. developed and fabricated a fully automated coating and metal electro-polishing lines according to specifications for product finishing and care of metal surfaces for the medical device industry The automatic lines were developed to work side-by-side in clean room production facilities for medical, mass production applications. This turn-key project was a subset of the medical production process that received FDA approval and other European health authority recognition.

Project Description:

This complete automation processes included 3-axis robotic configuration, self-controlled delivery module, computerized controlled chemical baths, and conveyers in the high demanding clean room environment. Mabat Chemical Systems Ltd. utilizes its core products in the production of high quality, mass production lines. These include automated robotic system software packages, high reliable computerized communications systems with central control systems to overcome production complexity requirements. In addition, Mabat Chemical Systems developed and engineered fully self-supporting systems to control and monitor, on line, a collection of peripheral sub-systems dealing with the disposal of waste materials, neutralizing chemicals, water filtering, vacuum and high-pressurized clean air. Mabat Chemical Systems provided complete on-site, quality installation, management and technical support. The client received full process and product validation documentation and complete employee operational and maintenance training.

Layout and Configuration:
These lines of automation include robotics and conveyers, custom designed specifically for required applications. Mabat Chemical Systems Ltd. utilizes its core products in the production of these lines. These include automated robotic system software packages, communications with all chemical systems, conveyer control systems and central control systems of supporting systems. The automated lines include the collection of surpluses from other sub-systems dealing with disposal of waste materials, neutralizing chemicals, water filtering, vacuum and high-pressurized clean air. Costing for the automated system is dependant on the quantity of workstations, production rate required and size of baths.
